Karl Foerster Feather Reed Grass

Karl Foerster is a tall (6 feet), clumping grass with beautiful feathery plumes. The plumes flower in the early summer and last all the way into winter. It makes a great contrast to low growing shrubs and perennials. It’s very drought tolerant and easy to care for and was even voted the 2001 Perennial Plant of the Year.
